Senior Office Manager / Practice Manager

Wealth Management | Leeds Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + benefits, hybrid

Robert Half Accountancy and Finance have partnered with a Leeds based wealth management firm in the appointment of a Senior Office Manager/ Practice Manager. The successful candidate with have full responsibility for the efficient day to day running of a growing business, overseeing office operations and support functions within a regulated financial services environment.

The role sits just below senior management and acts as the central operational lead for the office, supporting advisers, client services and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the day to day management of the Leeds office

Lead and manage office administration and client support teams

Ensure the office operates to a high professional standard aligned with FCA regulated requirements

Own office processes, controls, workflows and internal procedures

Act as the main point of contact for office operations, suppliers and facilities

Support on boarding of new staff and advisers (office, systems, processes)

Work closely with compliance on operational adherence

Manage office budgets, contracts and cost control

Provide operational insight and support to Partners and senior leadership

Drive continuous improvement across office efficiency and structure

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Office Manager / Practice Manager / Office & Operations Manager

Background in wealth management, IFA, financial services or professional services

Comfortable operating in a regulated environment

Strong people manager with confidence supporting senior stakeholders

Highly organised, commercially aware and process driven
