The Role

Deliver reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support business performance

Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Build and enhance reporting frameworks, data models, and analytics processes

Support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and analytical capability across the organisation

Your Skills & Experience

Strong commercial experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within financial services

Advanced SQL skills with current hands-on usage

Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to turn data into clear business recommendations and influence decision-making

Experience gathering requirements and delivering analytical solutions end-to-end

Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable
