About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Berlin. Your team will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high impact cross-functional initiatives across all areas of N26 while working alongside leaders across Product, Growth, Operations, Compliance and Finance including N26’s C-level. You will be one of the leaders in N26 ensuring the correct trajectory of the team and projects.

In this role, you will

Lead independently high-impact projects end-to-end from initial strategic design to delivery execution to ongoing improvement and management

Collaborate with leadership (incl. C-level) across various functions on company management and strategic topics such as roadmap, business case and strategy development

Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Customers Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing and external partners

Lead and facilitates independently problem solving for key company issues

Fully leverage and further develop critical business skills including quantitative and qualitative analysis, communications, stakeholder management and leadership in a high-functioning team environment

From your first day on, you will assume responsibility and take ownership of the team management, your own projects, and external partners

What you need to be successful

Background

Minimum 5-9 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a similar role (or even a combination thereof!) ideally with a focus on financial services/fintechs.

Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field

Masters or MBA degree is a plus
