Job Description

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

At Affirm, our people are at the center of how we grow and operate globally. As a remote-first company, how we enable talent to live and work across location—while remaining compliant and scalable—is critical to our success. The Global Mobility team sits within People Operations and partners closely with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business leaders to design and deliver programs that enable global hiring, internal mobility, and long-term talent retention. As a senior leader in this space, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, employee experience, and compliance. This role requires strong judgment, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will bring clarity to ambiguity, set direction in evolving areas, and translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable, practical solut
