The Global Mobility team sits within People Operations and partners closely with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and business leaders to design and deliver programs that enable global hiring, internal mobility, and long-term talent retention. We balance compliance with practical, business-friendly solutions that support Affirm’s growth and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Mobility to lead and evolve Affirm’s global mobility strategy—anchored in immigration as the core driver of this work, and complemented by remote work and global mobility programs. This role defines how Affirm hires, moves, and supports talent across borders. You will set the vision and build the frameworks that guide immigration sponsorship, remote work enablement, and temporary and permanent mobility, ensuring each is executed with clarity, consistency, and strong alignment to business priorities. Immigration is the largest and most critical component of this role. You will own a global immigration program with a significant focus on U.S. strategy, shaping sustainable, long-term pathways for talent while navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.
