Senior Machine Learning Engineer London, Hybrid (Twice Per Week)

Up to £110,000 + 20% Bonus

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end to end machine learning delivery in a role that blends technical depth with real world impact. You will work on production grade ML systems that directly improve operational and commercial outcomes, with the backing of a highly skilled, collaborative data team.

The Role You will play a key role in designing, building, and productionising machine learning solutions across a range of use cases. Working closely with data scientists, data engineers, and delivery colleagues, you will help set technical standards and ensure solutions are production ready. Key responsibilities include:

Building and deploying machine learning models into live production environments

Designing and maintaining MLOps workflows, including model lifecycle management

Developing APIs and containerised services to support ML products

Implementing DevOps best practices across development and production

Collaborating cross functionally to align data, modelling, and business requirements

Your Skills and Experience

Strong commercial experience developing machine learning solutions in Python

Solid understanding of the Python ML ecosystem including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit learn, with exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience building and deploying containerised services and APIs

Working knowledge of SQL and data driven application development

Hands on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Familiarity with MLOps tooling, workflow orchestration, or feature stores is highly beneficial
