My client is an award winning, high growth property management services company. My client is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to cover maternity leave (12months). You’ll oversee the IA team and delivery of the IA plan, you will work across a diverse, fast-paced environment, providing assurance over financial, operational, and compliance processes.
Key Deliverables
Establish and deliver internal audits across key business areas including finance, procurement, legal, sales and marketing, payroll
Perform Walkthroughs of key cross departmental processes and deliver key findings to initiate improvements and refine internal controls
Review processes, identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency
Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations
Support teams across the business to strengthen processes and ensure compliance
Key Attributes
Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes
Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is key.
