We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Client Insight Analyst to help shape business decisions through data-driven insight. This role sits within a growing analytics team and focuses on understanding customer value, profitability, retention, growth and acquisition performance.
Senior Insight Analyst - What You'll Do
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, product and customer teams to provide actionable insight.
Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value and retention trends.
Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.
Senior Insight Analyst - What We're Looking For
Experience in an analytical, commercial insight or customer analytics role.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience working with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake.
Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.
Experience using Python for analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma.
Commercially-minded with the ability to influence decision-making through insight.
Experience in commercially focused analytics such as finance, pricing, retention, acquisition, CRM or customer value analysis.
