As part of our influencer function, you'll work within a team that sits at the intersection of culture, content, and community – leading locally resonant, social-first campaigns that inspire, inform, and reinforce Airbnb's long-term reputation as a force for good in the world.
We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and creative Influencer Manager to lead execution of Airbnb's influencer strategy in Germany. In this role, you'll localize regional priorities and deliver best-in-class campaigns that connect Airbnb to culturally relevant conversations and communities.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day influencer execution: identifying and nurturing creator relationships, leading campaigns end-to-end, overseeing briefing and contracting, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and agency teams. Critically, you'll help position influencer not just as a commercial lever but as a long-term vehicle for brand health – building authentic, human stories that strengthen Airbnb's reputation and reflect our values over time.
This is a hands-on role for someone passionate and knowledgeable about the power of influencer marketing and who knows how to translate brand objectives into content that is native, thumb-stopping and earns influence, not interrupts.
