Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor

Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations cases and policies

Support redundancy, restructuring and redeployment processes

Ensure practices remain compliant with current employment legislation

Maintain accurate payroll information and records

Contribute to projects, including system improvements and diversity initiatives

Monitor HR data and recommend improvements that support business objectives

What we're looking for in a Senior HR Advisor

Strong employee relations case management experience

Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

Experience working within a professional services environment such as legal, financial services or accountancy

Ability to coach and advise managers on complex people matters

Experience supporting organisational change and HR projects

Working Hours: Full-time, Hybrid working (office attendance required for team meetings).
