We work closely with marketing, growth marketing, product, communications, data science, and policy at both central and local level to develop scalable, holistic programs across markets.

As a Senior Growth & Operations Manager, EMEA, you will work with both Country and EMEA leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives to accelerate Airbnb’s business in the region.

Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, organization and communication skills will all ensure you succeed. You love to work on multiple priorities, run complex workstreams in parallel and thrive in fast-paced, ever changing environments. You want a role where you will both define strategies then flawlessly execute them. You're equally comfortable presenting to leadership and managing the operational details of a project.

This role is based in either London, Berlin, or Barcelona (hybrid, 2 days a week in the office), and is not eligible for relocation support.

A Typical Day

Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional business initiatives end-to-end. Concretely, this means defining a crisp problem statement, articulating the ideal solution to that problem, identifying key dependencies blocking that solution, working with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve the solution and driving post-mortem on learnings.
