As Senior Fulfilment Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our site and partner closely with our 3PL provider to run a first-class operation. This isn't just about managing processes - it’s about people.
You’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant, high-performing site culture, boosting team engagement while navigating a fast-paced environment. Your ultimate goal? Rallying the team to deliver an efficient, safe, and financially sharp operation.
Shape the Site: Oversee our entire Production facility - including the warehouse and planning functions - with strategic oversight of our 3PL partner managing agency and hourly workforces.
Cultivate Excellence: Champion a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, and cost efficiency within an agile, rapidly scaling operational environment.
Align & Influence: Hold our 3PL partner to account against clear performance standards, and drive through operational improvements even where that means resetting an unproductive dynamic.
Own the Numbers: Drive site performance through critical metrics such as efficiency and error-reduction.
Connect Globally: Collaborate with your peers to establish standardisation, share best practices, and build seamless operational consistency.
Build the Future: Actively mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a strong talent pipeline and foster clear career progression.
Own the Budget: Maintain full financial oversight of site expenditure, including invoice authorisation, with rigorous attention to detail and sharp numerical skills.
What you’ll bring
Operations Expertise: Experience managing operations or production within FMCG or a comparable high-volume environment, with a modern, practical approach to lean and continuous improvement, and comfortable applying data and AI tools to solve problems quickly rather than relying on formal improvement programmes.
