📍Remote in the UK 🇬🇧 | £31,100 - £39,350 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits

Start date: Monday 9th November 2026

Shifts: You'll work 37.5 hours per week. This means you'll work Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5:30PM. You'll also work one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday), once every 4 weeks with 2 set days in lieu when working the weekend. (*For the first few months this will not be required and will be Monday-Friday

Our Financial Crime Customer Operations team is the frontline defence protecting Monzo and our customers from fraud, money laundering, and other financial crime. More than a compliance function, we safeguard the integrity of our business through robust investigations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

We're looking for a FinCrime Business Banking – Acquiring Senior Investigator to conduct customer due diligence, assess financial crime risks, investigate suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with regulatory and payment industry requirements. You'll be a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and make an impact from day on
