Job Description
Line manager of financial accounts or management accounts teams
Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
Ensuring company's financial reports are accurate and timely
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
Taking in active approach in the automation of financial processes
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation
Engaging with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have
Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA
Proficient understanding of finance management principles
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent leadership abilities
Experience in strategic planning and risk management
Experience, knowledge of or a keen interest in automation policies/ideas
Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel
Experience of SOX (desirable)
