We are looking for a Senior Executive Associate, Corporate Governance to be responsible for the organisation, preparation and documentation of Management Board committee meetings as well as the creation and updating of procedures, processes, and corporate governance topics and the implementation of new rules and regulations. The Senior Executive Associate, Corporate Governance will partner with the Corporate Legal team, Compliance, Finance, & Risk Management teams and the Executive Office team (especially the executive assistants to the members of the N26 SE Management Board and the members of the Executive Leadership team).

Objectives

Ensuring Compliance: To ensure that committee processes are in compliance with N26’s corporate governance practices and legal requirements, in particular with regards to proper documentation of key decision-making processes.

Policy Development: To review and update policy and process documentation related to committees

Stakeholder Management: To regularly engage with key stakeholders to ensure committee processes are adhered to and project timelines are met.
