Senior Engineer - Structures

Your new role As a Senior Engineer within the Structures team, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical outputs across a range of highway and infrastructure projects. You will manage project delivery to meet client requirements, programme and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities include

Deliver design and engineering for highway structures schemes

Act as Lead Designer on projects

Manage technical outputs to meet programme and budget

Carry out and check design deliverables

Support bids and proposals

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Chartered or working towards (MICE/MIStructE or similar)

Strong experience in highway structures design and assessment (UK standards, Eurocodes)

Experience with relevant design software

Ability to work independently and lead project delivery.
