Senior E-Commerce Manager - Music

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our direct-to-fan ecommerce operations across music, vinyl, and merchandise releases. Working at the intersection of music culture, design, and fan communities, you will manage high-profile product drops, limited-edition campaigns, and Shopify storefronts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise multiple Shopify stores

Lead ecommerce execution for product drops, pre-orders, and limited releases

Build and QA products, pricing, variants, imagery, and launch setup

Coordinate launches with artists, labels, fulfilment partners, and internal teams

Oversee stock management, fulfilment, and customer service operations

Track store performance and campaign analytics

Support marketing activity across email, paid media, and social channels

Skills & Experience

Proven ecommerce experience, ideally in music, fashion, or streetwear

Strong Shopify knowledge, including Shopify Markets

Understanding of ecommerce UX, conversion optimisation, and SEO

Highly organised with experience managing multiple fast-paced launches

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Zendesk, Monday.com, and social media marketing experience beneficial
