About the opportunity
As a Senior CRM Specialist, Engagement and Retention, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our CRM strategies, with a focus on a balanced mix of 50% operational tasks and 50% strategic initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in optimising our CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence (50%)
Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise.
Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence.
Conceptualise, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.
Analytic mastery
Collaborate with data analytics and data engineers to ensure a data driven approach to your work.
Utilise A/B testing methodologies to optimise campaign performance, leveraging your technical and analytic proficiency.
Own and report on the development of your KPI’s.
Strategic Leadership (50%)
Collaborate closely with the CRM team and seasoned CRM managers to conceptualise and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.
Lead the implementation of these strategic initiatives, leveraging your strategic insights and operational expertise to drive success.
Apply data-driven insights and your understanding of customer segments to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in CRM roles
Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimisation at
