After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

We're looking for a senior leader to join Monzo’s ever growing, high performing Risk & Control team for a fixed-term period of 6 months.
We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about understanding our business, customers and risks, who can communicate their findings clearly to business partners and can drive actions on top of insights.
Manage a programme of controls effectiveness testing (design and operational effectiveness);
Seek opportunities to automate testing through Data Analytics and AI;
Provide advice on how to optimise our control suite to ensure that Monzo grows safely and that risks are managed as expected; and
Consistently deliver improved ways of monitoring Monzo’s control performance
The team provides support, advice and insight to our Accountable Executives in managing their risks. Relationships with them are owned by our Risk Partner teams. This role sits in our central global control shared services, responsible for providing data, systems, and insight to empower our Risk Partners.
