Senior Compensation Business Partner
Adyen is seeking a Senior Compensation Business Partner who is excited to join the Global People team to contribute to the growth and scale of the company. Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is highly data-driven, analytical, takes ownership, works collaboratively and is not afraid to roll-up-their-sleeves to get work done. This role will be located in Amsterdam.
This role will partner closely with HR, Recruiting, and Business Leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs that attract and retain top talent. The successful candidate will provide strategic insights into our compensation design and structure, support global hiring efforts, and ensure our compensation practices remain equitable and competitive for our teams in the EMEA Region.
What you will do
Provide comprehensive compensation support to HR and business leadership teams, including program design, administration, reporting, planning, budgeting, and specific analyses.
Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas from start to finish with peers on the Rewards team. Work with key partners to implement strategic decisions, facilitate compensation design and inform key pay decisions for technology teams.
