The Opportunity

Analysing investment performance and supporting commercial decisions across multiple portfolios and investment strategies.

Work closely with senior stakeholders across finance, investment, portfolio management and specialist leadership teams.

Develop sophisticated financial models used to support strategic and commercial decision-making.

Gain exposure to investment appraisals, portfolio analysis, forecasting, valuation and performance monitoring.

Play a key role in enhancing modelling capability, business intelligence reporting and the future adoption of AI-driven analytical tools.

Support a wide variety of strategic projects in a highly visible and commercially impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain and enhance complex financial models to support investment decisions.

Analyse financial performance, returns and profitability across a range of investment strategies.

Conduct forecasting, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and stress testing.

Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Support evaluation of new investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis.

Present findings and explain outputs to senior stakeholders across the business.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytical frameworks, reporting processes and technology solutions.

About You

Degree educated from a top tier university within a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting or a STEM subject.

Strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills.

Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Experience gained within a corporate finance, consulting, investment, commercial finance or analytical environment.

Naturally inquisitive with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment where insight and analysis influence business strategy.
