WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Senior Manager, you will drive the tactical execution of cross-functional projects, with a particular focus on operational excellence and the integration of new technologies. Automation Implementation: Directly support the team’s goal of improving processes with AI by identifying manual bottlenecks and building the automation required to increase team velocity NPI & Execution: Lead the execution of GTM initiatives, including new product introductions (NPI) and major product launches Project Management: Provide end-to-end management for strategic programs, including tracking milestones, managing data collection, and ensuring final delivery Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date process documentation and share data-driven insights with leadership to guide strategic decision-making WHO YOU ARE 5-7+ years of operations or program management experience in SaaS Proactive and autonomous, capa
