About the Role: What's in the Box

HelloTech operates in autonomous, cross-functional alliances, each holding accountability for a specific product domain end to end. The service provider will join an assigned squad, with the flexibility to transition between teams and projects as technical objectives and business priorities evolve.

Several technical domains are actively engaging providers. Projects will be aligned based on individual strengths and expertise during the process. Key technical domains include:

Deliveries & Orders / Plans: Core backend systems turning a subscription into correct physical deliveries for millions of customers.

Active Journey: Maintaining customer lifecycle stability: features covering habits, subscription management, ordering, and graceful error recovery at scale.

Menu Personalization & Forecasting: Utilizing data and applied science workflows to tailor user interfaces and predict regional consumer demand.

Operations & Supply Chain (SCM): Procurement, inventory, labeling, and production systems solving physical-world challenges with software.

Across all domains, the technical profile consists of highly available, event-driven distributed systems serving global architectures. This role does not include people management responsibilities.
