About the role: What's in the Box

The position is part of the Consumer Alliance - Deliveries and Orders Squad, which has the mission to maximize retention of new and active customers by managing the complete order lifecycle. This squad is accountable for some of HelloFresh's most critical backend systems that process millions of orders globally.

The service provider will work with backend event-driven systems assisting millions of customers globally in the journey from subscription activation through to the cutoff moment—when orders are finalized and handed off to fulfillment teams.
