In this role, you will

Translate Vision into Reality: Act as a key partner to stakeholders, taking broad business objectives and refining them into sophisticated, high-impact technical solutions within the Atlassian suite.

Drive Independent Project Life-Cycles: Lead initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, build, and global rollout. You will have full ownership of the delivery process.

Continuous Ecosystem Evolution: Proactively identify opportunities to modernize our setup. You will independently detect friction points and propose innovative ways to enhance organizational velocity.

Engineer Advanced Customizations: Extend the standard capabilities of Jira and Confluence through custom scripting (Scriptrunner/Groovy) and high-level use of Atlassian APIs. You will build the "glue" that connects our processes.

Architect Versatile Workflows: Design and implement custom Jira configurations that are robust enough for a regulated bank but flexible enough for an agile tech company.

Data-Driven Storytelling: Utilize advanced reporting and analytics to provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health and project progress.

Technical Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert, coaching teams on best practices and ensuring our internal documentation is a "gold standard" resource.
