As our Senior Reward Analyst you will join a close-knit Reward team, working cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and fellow "Trusties" to drive data-informed people decisions. Our mission is to deliver equitable, transparent, and market-competitive compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain top global talent. In this role, you will tackle exciting challenges—from designing total reward dashboarding and leveraging compliant AI solutions to leading key annual review cycles, equity grants, and global market benchmarking. You will also play a pivotal role in advancing our pay equity analysis, statutory gender pay gap reporting, and job architecture, directly reinforcing our commitment to an inclusive, transparent, and open-to-all workplace culture. What you’ll be doing

Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefit decisions that will enhance our ability to attract top talent across the countries the business operates

Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to advise identify risks and opportunities

Support/lead on activities required to deliver a well communicated and accurate annual salary review, bonus calculation, equity grants, benefits window and promotion cycles.

Partner with Finance on budget modelling, cost analysis and scenario planning.

Support the design of new/updated benefits, short term incentives and long term incentives

Run regular pay equity analysis and support statutory gender pay gap reporting
