Senior Analyst UK Based - Remote Up to 90k

The Role You will work across multiple business areas to turn open-ended questions into meaningful insight and commercial recommendations. This role requires strong technical capability alongside a highly consultative approach.

Analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance

Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches

Partner with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to influence decision-making

Build dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analysis to support strategy

Identify trends, risks, and new commercial opportunities through data

Support experimentation and performance measurement initiatives

Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactively challenge briefs and shape analytical direction with stakeholders

Your Skills & Experience

Strong SQL skills and advanced analytical capability

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Experience working with ambiguous requests and shaping analysis independently

Highly stakeholder-focused, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively

Experience analysing customer behaviour, retention, or lifecycle performance

Confident communicator who can translate data into clear business insight

Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering outcomes
