Job Description

The role

Senior Analyst Global Retail Media & B2B: Strategic lead for sales analytics and commercial performance. Driving data-driven decision making and revenue scaling across all HelloFresh markets.

As the Senior Analyst Global Retail Media & B2B, you will be a cornerstone of the Global Retail Media team based at our Amsterdam office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Retail Media, you hold a critical mandate to our data infrastructure. You will move the department from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led commercial strategy.

Your focus is to create a single source of truth for Retail Media and B2B performance. You will enable precision decision-making across sales, operations, and product teams. You will own the execution of global business reviews, manage CRM integrity in HubSpot, and provide the analytical backbone for our international markets. You will bridge the gap between complex datasets and actionable commercial insights. This role is pivotal in scaling HelloFresh as a global leader in Retail Media Networks (RMNs).

Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences. Even if you do not tick every box but think you would thrive in this role, we would like to learn more about you.

You will…

Drive Commercial Intelligence: Own the global Retail Media and B2B dashboard suite. You will track and analyse KPI’s including revenue, AEBIT contribution, and inventory utilisation rates across all key markets.

Optimise Sales & Pipeline Rigour: Act as the strategic owner of HubSpot data for the RM function. You will manage pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and conversion analysis to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle.

Enable Executive Storytelling: Lead the data preparation for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). You will translate complex performance data into concise, high-level narratives
