This Advanced Analytics role will develop and lead initiatives focused on ensuring we have the right international growth strategy. They will lead measurement, build tools, and develop insights leveraging a wide range of internal and external data sources to ensure the business is making the right decisions for both strategic direction and tactical execution.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong data and analytics background. This person is curious, engaged, positive, and detail- and solutions-oriented. The world— and thus our industry— is changing quickly so the ideal candidate will be comfortable with responding promptly and changing course as needed when priorities and reporting needs shift.

This role will be expected to be highly collaborative, and work regularly with multiple stakeholders and cross functional partners across Regional Teams, Policy, Supply, Finance, Data Science, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing.

The right candidate will already be recognized as a leader in the data and analytics field at this level, with a proven track record of using a range of strategies and disciplines to solve complex and ambiguous measurement problems for business teams. This
