About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal time for the AP function; we’re actively transforming how we operate through automation, AI and process redesign, and we need someone who can deliver day-to-day excellence while helping drive that change.

You’ll play a key role in keeping AP operations running smoothly in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment while identifying and implementing practical improvements that make the function more efficient and scalable.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and already fluent in using AI tools in their daily workflows, not just open to it, but actively doing it.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering excellence: Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time across a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.

Month-end delivery: Assisting with month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and reporting.

Managing supplier data: Maintaining supplier master data with strong controls, approvals and audit trails in place.

Partnering across the business: Working closely with teams like Procurement, Product, Engineering and Commercial to resolve queries and support smooth supplier onboarding.

Driving automation and improvement: Building and refining automated workflows, leveraging AI tools and system capabilities to eliminate manual effort, and identifying process and system enhancements that improve scalability and controls.
