They're now looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to become a key part of the team. Someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with clients, mentoring junior colleagues and making a real impact on a growing business.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across a wide range of industries, becoming the go-to adviser your clients rely on.

Your role will include

Managing your own portfolio of clients from start to finish.

Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts.

Producing management accounts and meaningful financial insights.

Completing corporation tax, personal tax and VAT returns.

Supporting and developing junior members of the team.

Building lasting client relationships based on trust and great service.

Spotting opportunities to add value through proactive advice, not just year-end compliance.

What they're looking for

You'll ideally have experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident managing your own client portfolio.

They're open-minded on qualifications ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience are all welcomed. What matters most is your ability, attitude and the value you bring to clients.

You'll also have

Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax.

Excellent communication skills.

A proactive approach to solving problems.
