A modern forward-thinking firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. You’ll support a diverse portfolio of clients and, in the near future, step into an Accounts Manager position where you’ll take full ownership of your own portfolio.

About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take on a key role in supporting managing a diverse client portfolio, delivering a full suite of accounting services, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Support varied portfolio of clients

Support junior staff by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and helping them grow their expertise.

Build strong, long-lasting relationships, offering clients a high level service and proactive advice.

Stay up to date with the latest accounting standards and regulations, ensuring client compliance and best practices.

Successful Candidate

ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)

Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.

Proven ability to support a client portfolio

Strong communication skills

£48,000 - £58,000

25 days holiday + BH
