What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.
As an Senior Account Manager you’ll play a key role in maximize our partners performance on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll
5+ years of experience in account management, retail operations; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus;
Driving the commercial growth of existing restaurant partners by delivering strategic, data-driven insights and high-quality consultation;
Analyzing partner performance to identify opportunities, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements;
Testing scalable solutions for partner collaboration, evaluating outcomes, and implementing efficient workflows;
Re-negotiating commercial terms with key partners to strengthen collaboration and long-term value;
Sharing expertise, guiding structured partner consultations, and championing operational excellence;
Ensuring effective cross-functional communication to align goals and optimize partner performance;
Collaborating with Sales and
