We’re looking for a talented and proactive Security Operations Engineer to join our clients growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player managing data centres (hardware and software) and cloud footprint with a focus on information security. You will be responsible for strengthening and operating security controls across infrastructure, networks, systems and data.
Systems hardening through configuration, scripting, port and configuration scanning activities
Vulnerability management
Disaster recovery
Enforce data security
Extending OSS tools (written mostly in Go or Python)
Strengthening network security
Implementing an asset management solution
Establishing a solid and efficient backup and archival solution, using cloud based and on prem resources
Keep up to date with emerging threats, attack techniques and security best practices
