Role overview This is not a traditional classroom teaching role, though it does require strong classroom presence and credibility. The Secondary Equity Practitioner will be embedded full-time within one partner secondary school, working mainly with teachers to support deep reflection on practice, help surface harmful assumptions and routines, and support more equitable ways of teaching, relating and responding.
