SDR Team Lead (German + Dutch)
📍 Köln | On-site 🗣 German required | Dutch strongly preferred

We’re building our outbound engine in Germany. The base exists. Now it’s about structure, pace, and a model that scales.
This role is for someone who sets the standard through action, not theory.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound
Stay hands-on: cold calls, sequences, objection handling
Build pipeline and drive daily execution
Define territories, target accounts, and messaging
Spot gaps quickly and fix them directly
Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
You’ll be in the field with the team. Driving output, not observing it.
