This is a key leadership position supporting the Headteacher in ensuring strong financial control, efficient operations, and high-quality support services across the school.

Key Responsibilities

Manage school budgets, procurement, invoicing, and financial reporting

Oversee HR processes including recruitment, payroll changes, SCR and staff records

Lead administrative operations including reception, records, and office systems

Ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and audit requirements

Manage contracts, lettings, and external service providers

Support income generation, lettings, and funding opportunities

Line manage administrative staff and site manager

Maintain effective systems for resources, assets, and school compliance
