We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in building robust and scalable automated testing frameworks to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Salesforce QA practices, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of automated testing and process governance. You will take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring the wider Salesforce team follows established standards to deliver performant, secure, and bug-free solutions.

What you’ll be doing

QA Ownership: Take full accountability for the end-to-end QA process, work closely with other business functions to align testing strategies and ensuring the engineering team adheres to these standards throughout the SDLC.

Automation Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation framework with a core focus on Provar and other tooling, creating new scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage for custom Salesforce solutions, with a focus on efficiency.

Test Implementation: Lead the QA delivery of testing for complex project features, from initial test planning and cross-functional problem solving to final regression and deployment sign-off.

End-to-End Testing: Execute thorough end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations with internal and external systems via APIs.

Peer Review & Governance: Participate in review cycles to ensure both manual a
