Sales Support Analyst We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring high-quality interactions, and maintaining data accuracy for our internal and external stakeholders within the mid-market business area. Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve customer queries, ensuring an effective end-to-end resolution.

Provide complex administrative support and maintain procedural knowledge.

Perform customer verification and manage change of occupier requests with precision.

Execute registration tasks within the designated system to meet strict deadlines.

Update management on workload progress and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Address data errors and provide constructive feedback to frontline teams to enhance quality.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and methodical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High level of numeracy and literacy with strong IT proficiency.

Commitment to treating customers fairly and complying with all relevant regulations.

Experience with reporting tools or specific internal systems is a significant advantage.

Additional Details This position is based at Solihull. The successful candidate will work onsite 2 days a week, with opportunities for remote work after the training period.
