£31,500 basic OTE £37K

Are you an experienced people leader with a background in property, estate agency or sales progression?

We're looking for a proactive Sales Progression Manager to lead a successful team, drive performance, and help shape the future of a growing operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Progressors.

Managing complex and high-priority property transactions.

Monitoring team performance, pipeline activity and reporting accuracy.

Identifying process improvements and driving operational excellence.

Working closely with internal departments to enhance service delivery.

Supporting the development of key client and estate agent relationships.

Hybrid working 2-3 days from home, rest in Pontefract office.

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership or management experience.

Estate agency, sales progression or property sector experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
