Sales Progression Administrator Location: South Manchester Salary: Up to £28,000 + OTE of £35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in South Manchester that is looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Progression Administrator to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, communication and problem-solving and wants to play an important part in getting property sales successfully through to completion.
The Role As a Sales Progression Administrator, you’ll take responsibility for the administration and progression of agreed property sales, ensuring the onboarding process is completed correctly and keeping everyone updated throughout the transaction.
You’ll work closely with buyers, sellers and other property professionals to keep chains moving, identify potential delays and help transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out AML checks and onboarding new property sales
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers
Booking surveys and monitoring progress
Proactively chasing property chains
Identifying and helping resolve potential delays
Providing regular updates to buyers and sellers
Maintaining accurate records on the company CRM
Supporting the wider sales team with agreed transactions
Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
Comfortable dealing with multiple property transactions at once
Proactive and happy to pick up the phone to get things moving
Professional and customer-focused
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Able to remain organised in a busy, fast-paced environment
Previous experience within sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing or property administration would be particularly advantageous.
