WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our global Sales Compensation team in São Paulo. This role is the operational backbone of our commission function, ensuring Braze’s global sales team is paid accurately and on time, every month. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation, you will execute within a centrally coordinated global commissions operation, partnering with colleagues across multiple regions and departments.

This role is instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our sales compensation processes and directly supports the motivation of our sales team.
