As a Sales Assistant based in Norton Canes (Cannock) youll be responsible for

Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers.

Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers.

Producing accurate quotes against customer requirements.

Processing orders against specific customer requirements.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

Previous industry or related experience would be ideal

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Good IT skills, MS Office and a CRM

Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships via telephone, email and in person
