Job Title: Sales negotiator (Hybrid)

Location: Coleshill, Birmingham (B46)

Salary: £25,000 Basic+(DOE)

Realistic OTE: £35,000–£40,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful independent estate agency in Coleshill.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. From conducting viewings and negotiating offers to progressing sales and generating new business, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Register buyers and vendors, matching applicants with suitable properties.

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to prospective buyers.

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.

Progress sales through to completion, ensuring clients are kept fully informed throughout the process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Keep CRM systems and property records accurate and up to date.

Stay informed on the local property market and current industry legislation.

Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the business professionally.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within Estate Agency is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.

A passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
