An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join one of Battersea's most established and successful independent estate agencies.
This is a genuinely local, independent business with a single office and an outstanding reputation built over many years. The majority of the company's property register is located within walking distance of the office, allowing you to become a true local expert while developing long-term relationships with buyers, sellers and developers.
The business also has a strong presence in the new build market, giving you exposure to an exciting mix of high-quality homes and prestigious residential developments.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic estate agency professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify applicants, matching buyers with suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert local knowledge.
Negotiate offers through to successful agreement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and developers.
Generate new business opportunities and maximise every enquiry.
Keep applicants updated on new instructions and market activity.
Progress sales and liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and all parties involved to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
About You
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or within residential estate agency.
A confident and personable communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
Commercially minded with a passion for property.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-driven and keen to succeed.
A proactive approach to building relationships and generating business.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
