Sales Manager - Scotland Full-time | Company Vehicle | Competitive Salary + Commission

We're looking for a confident Sales Manager to cover the Scotland region, selling well-known construction machinery brands and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. What you'll be doing

Selling machinery across brands like Kobelco, Thwaites, Hydrema & Merlo

Visiting customers on site to keep relationships strong

Finding new business and growing your area

Raising quotes and handling basic sales admin

Working with internal teams to make sure machines are built and delivered on time

Checking stock and keeping an eye on delivery timelines

Inspecting trade-ins when needed

Attending shows/exhibitions occasionally

What you need

Sales experience in construction / industrial / agricultural machinery

Experience selling high-value kit

Strong communication skills

Good IT skills

Full UK driving licence

Happy travelling around Scotland

Team player
