Location: Dudley, West Midlands Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Quarterly Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus rotational Saturday working.

Sales Executive Opportunity

Our client is a growing retailer within the automotive and lifestyle sector and is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Dudley.

Key Responsibilities

Handle sales enquiries via telephone, email and showroom visits.

Proactively generate new business and follow up on leads.

Build strong relationships with customers and local organisations.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Support showroom presentation and customer experience.

Assist with customer bookings and coordination.

Promote products and services through outreach and business development activity.

About You

Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, retail sales or account management.

Confident making outbound calls and identifying new opportunities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

Experience working to sales targets and KPIs.

CRM/database experience.

Automotive or vehicle-related knowledge.
