Sales Executive Location: Bristol

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 OTE

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong customer base, and the opportunity to represent a well-established automotive brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.

Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Promote finance, insurance, and additional products in line with company standards.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.

Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Candidate RequirementsEssential

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

Previous automotive sales experience.

Experience selling finance and value-added products.

Knowledge of CRM and dealership management systems.
