Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Glasgow City Centre | Hybrid Working

33-Hour Week | Early Friday Finish | £30,000–£35,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonuses

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on conversations, relationship-building, and creating opportunities? Would you thrive in a role with a strong level of independence and autonomy?

At Your Shortlist Original, you would be responsible for creating new business opportunities for clients by identifying, calling, and booking meetings with senior decision-makers through professional B2B outreach campaigns. We don’t believe great SDRs are script-readers. We believe they’re relationship builders, problem solvers, trusted communicators, and commercially curious people who know how to connect with decision-makers.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for ambitious SDRs to join our award-winning team delivering global tech-focused ABM campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working with rich and detailed data

Building relationships with prospective and existing customers

Creating high-quality meetings with senior decision-makers

Delivering consultative B2B outreach campaigns on behalf of global tech brands

Understanding client propositions and articulating value clearly

Managing outreach activity across calls, email, and LinkedIn

Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity

Working collaboratively with campaign managers and clients

Contributing ideas, messaging approaches, and campaign improvements
