The team

Our Sales Development team is the starting point of the sales journey at SumUp, creating new business opportunities for small businesses across Europe. Based in our Cologne office, you'll work alongside an international team and help drive growth in the German market by generating qualified meetings for our Field Sales team. What you'll do

Reach out to small businesses through outbound calls and introduce them to SumUp's payment and POS solutions.

Qualify potential merchants by understanding their needs and identifying the right business opportunities.

Book high-quality meetings for our Field Sales team, directly contributing to business growth.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up activities.

Collaborate closely with your team, share best practices, and continuously improve our outbound sales approach.

You'll be a great fit if...

You're a native German speaker with excellent English skills.

You enjoy talking to people and can quickly build trust.

You have some experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role.

You're comfortable proactively reaching out to potential customers over the phone.
